Health & Safety can be planned
Under the motto "Safety can be planned", we carried out a fire drill on our factory premises on 16.11.2024 together with the Much and Wiehl volunteer fire department. The main aim of the exercise was to provide the emergency services with local knowledge and possible dangerous situations, but also to rehearse the rescue of plant employees in the event of an emergency.
In an emergency situation, panic can quickly arise. Once smoke drifts through the corridors, into the offices or through the production halls, many people's minds turn off, and there is hardly any thought of a regulated evacuation. To prevent this, and because the safety of our employees is our top priority, we conduct such fire drills from time to time. Only through regular conscientious practice of an emergency can we sensitize ourselves and our employees to regulated procedures in an emergency and ultimately save lives.
