Financial Health Rating, Corporate Risk Analysis and Technical Innovation – a Successful Year is Coming to an End…

Dear Business Partners,

An eventful year is coming to an end, and we look back with pride and gratitude on numerous interesting and challenging projects that we were able to implement together with you. Technical innovations such as the expansion of our machinery with a state-of-the-art digital printing machine kept us on our toes, as did the further reduction of our CO² footprint with the help of a new PV system on the factory roof.

New for us this year was the request of one of our largest customers from the pharmaceutical sector to participate in an assessment of our "Financial Health" by an independent company called RapidRatings. Rapid Ratings provides the FHR Exchange platform , where companies of all sizes can share and access important information about the financial health of their entire portfolio.

We are happy to say that we did excellently!

“Very low default risk, with strong Core Health.

Our View: herpa print Gesellschaft für Kennzeichnen und Werben mbH's Financial Health Rating (FHR) was a very impressive 93 (0=worst, 100=best) for the four quarters ending December 31, 2024, ... This rating sustains the company in the top half of our Very Low Risk group, with an estimated probability of default of 0.001% over the next 12 months. This FHR and the default risk level are the result of Strong Core Health and current strength in leverage, liquidity and earnings performance.”

The Core Health Score (CHS) is a measure of medium-term sustainability based on operational efficiency and competitiveness.

The Financial Health Rating (FHR) is a measure of default risk in the short- term. It is derived from Core Health and Resilience analysis, which incorporates a company's facility to meet internal and external obligations in the short-term.

(Rapid Ratings)

This evaluation was highly interesting for us, but we are also convinced that transparency will strengthen our business relationships in the long term, so that participation in this initiative was a matter of course for us.

Against this background, we are more than confident about a new successful financial year 2026, in which you will hopefully continue to accompany us.

We wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
