We are expanding our portfolio with further RFID label solutions, hardware and software and consulting in the field of specific RFID projects. From August to November, we will successively take over machines and materials from our subsidiary herpa tech GmbH in Löhne to our production site in Much. In August, the herpa print employees were already trained on the machines in Löhne.

We have decided to dissolve herpa tech GmbH, based in Löhne, as of 1^st August, 2026. Machines and materials are taken over by the company herpa print GmbH. The know-how will also be retained, as our technical management and sales staff will also move to herpa print GmbH. In the future, herpa print GmbH will be available to you as a competent partner for labels, RFID labels, hardware and software as well as application-specific solutions and holistic concepts in the field of RFID.

Your usual contact persons will largely be retained. Until the actual move out of our location in Löhne, probably on 31^st October, 2026, all employees will be available as usual. After that, Mr. Andreas Rehsöft will take over the technical management at herpa print for the areas of system integration as well as hardware and software for RFID and barcode. Mr. Jan Krömker will continue to take care of technical sales and will continue to be available to you as a customer. We will communicate the new contact details as soon as possible.

We are looking forward to continuing the cooperation with existing customers under herpa print GmbH with an expanded product range and perhaps to win new interested parties from the herpa print clientele for us in this way.
