We are constantly expanding our machinery in order to meet the special requirements of new applications with innovative solutions. In a world where materials, regulations, specifications and applications are constantly evolving, we are always looking for new ways to increase efficiency, quality and performance in our production processes.

Against this background, we have purchased a new 2-colour web screen printing machine and successfully put it into operation in the last few weeks. This new machine has a continuous material run and integrated UV and solvent drying. This offers the great advantages that UV inks are not overexposed and solvent inks are exposed to less heat stress. In addition, prints can be finished directly in the process with an additional laminating unit.

The special highlight is a completely new die-cutting technology: rotary die-cutting combines the highest precision with a clean material run – without any adhesive leakage or punching depth problems.

With this investment, we see great potential, especially for applications in the pharmaceutical, medical, electrical and automotive sectors – in fact, for all areas where cleanliness and dimensional accuracy are decisive for the quality of the product.
